Erica…. Erica is my daughter! Used to be small…. not so much anymore! Sandpiper. Well, the bird. Erica’s Sandpiper? Your new favorite beach home in Gulf Shores!

This spacious upscale home gives you your own private covered pool added to an already fabulous home. Erica’s Sandpiper is a very cool option. It, along with my Summertide home, are likely the only 8 bedroom homes with all 8 bedrooms on the same floor! Can’t quite afford my homes with elevators but have some mobility concerns? Single floor!

Erica’s Sandpiper has all eight bedrooms, yes EIGHT, situated on one floor! Looking for the perfect home for your family gathering or reunion, look no further. This beautiful home sleeps 24 people (Q&Q, Triple Bunk w/ Trundle, Queen & Queen, K, K, K, K, K, 2 SS).

Erica’s Sandpiper is located directly on the Gulf Coast. The only thing between you and the Gulf is beach and, of course, your own private covered swimming pool and spacious Gulf front deck.

Other amenities include TWO refrigerators, televisions, dvd players, cable, internet, 2 large living areas, and covered parking. The master bath has a whirlpool tub. Multiple bedrooms have balcony access.

Erica’s Sandpiper is a truly luxurious EIGHT bedroom home with all the deluxe amenities you’ve come to expect from our vacation homes and many surprises! She books quickly even a year out.

Erica’s Sandpiper, by the way, is RIGHT NEXT DOOR to my Egret home (6 bedroom, also single story), so if you need more room to spread out, rent both (if either is even available… these go fast!).

No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!

Dancing Dolphin

The Dancing Dolphin is a gorgeous home that is located directly on the Gulf! It has 10 foot ceilings with crown molding, is professionally decorated, and has wonderful gulf views from many rooms.

Comfortably sleeping 16 (K, K,D&D,TB,Q,2QSS), four of the five bedrooms are located on the gulf side so you can wake up to the water out your window. The Dancing Dolphin in Gulf Shores also has a large open living/dining/kitchen area, and includes TWO Gulf Front Master Bedrooms, each with its own whirlpool tub and separate shower.

Other amenities at the Dancing Dolphin in Gulf Shores include a POOL, televisions, cable, dvd players, internet, local and domestic long distance telephone service, central air, ceiling fans throughout, TWO refrigerators with ice makers, washer & dryer, 2 dishwashers, covered parking, enough parking for 6 mid size cars, outside showers and a picnic table.

No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!

The Beach Castle East & West

8BR 6BA located directly on the Gulf! This Beach Castle has everything. Sleeps 24 or 48 with both sides!

Beach Castle East & West is a large 2x8BR duplex home available as 2 8 BRs or 1 16BR with connecting door in the living room!

New Photography Summer 2021. The photos inside are from our Post Hurricane Sally redo! The virtual tour remains the same as before the hurricane and hopefully we will have a gap in the fall to pick a new one up. Both are accurate as to layout etc but furnishings and details? The photos will be newer! If you have questions about layout and rooms, explore the virtual tour!

Each side of the Beach Castle includes 8 bedrooms, including 3 Gulf front Master Bedrooms, one with separate shower and jetted tub, and 6, count ‘em, 6 bathrooms. Each side of this wonderful home sleeps up to 24 people (K,K,K,K,K,Q,B&B,T&T Loft w/SS). There’s also a sitting room, living room, dining room, and well-furnished kitchen.

The Beach Castle also features outdoor showers, a picnic table, a huge sundeck, and even a full sized pool!

Located on Fort Morgan, Beach Castle is close to many restaurants, golf courses, and other things to do, feels away from it all (but is only a short drive to all the hubbub on Gulf Shores itself), and is often a more cost-efficient choice for those who seek something a little more laid back. Plus, as an added bonus, our Fort Morgan vacation homes are not currently subject to the same restrictions on setting up umbrellas and other amenities overnight as those in Gulf Shores itself.
