Big is beautiful! Sea Monster is a “monster” as in BIG, but she’s certainly not ugly!

This lovely monstrosity is located directly on the gulf. It is perfect for those larger get togethers: plenty of space to be together but plenty of your own space too!

Sea Monster is a duplex with 8 bedrooms and 7.5 baths on each side! It sleeps up to 22, or 44 if you take both sides. Each side sleeps: K, K, K, K, K,Q,Q&TB,Q&TB&TB,QSS.

On the main floor of each side of the Sea Monster there is a large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with adjacent half bath. That floor also has a master suite with private bath, including a jetted tub and separate shower. The second level has a bonus room with television and a sleeper sofa and access to a full bath. To the north of the bonus room is a bedroom with a shared bath. Another guest bedroom is located on the south side of the bonus room area with private full bath. There is also a master suite facing the gulf on the second level with a private master bath including a jetted tub and separate shower. This master bedroom also has a deck. Floor three has four guest bedrooms and three baths; one of which is a Hollywood bath shared by two of the bedrooms.

The Egret is a spacious 6 bedroom and 6 bathroom house is located directly on the beach. It is completely furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen including a TWO refrigerators, a dishwasher and microwave. TWO fabulous Great rooms with vaulted ceilings provide plenty of gathering space. Better still, FIVE of the bedrooms have balconies!

Great stretch of the beach. Lots of space. Secluded. Dunes. Nice. Pool is under the home. A bit like an indoor pool. Great respite from hot hot hot, as well as inclement weather! And Egret has lots of deck space, both covered and open, so you can lounge in whatever environment you want! Sun, some sun, no sun. Up to you!
