Hang Out Music Fest 2012!

Hang Out Music Fest is one of the biggest, most happening music events on the coast, and its coming up May 18-20. We have a very limited number of terrific beach houses and vacation rentals available for the festival. The lineup includes Jack White, Wilco, the Dave Matthews Band, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and many many more great bands!
