We come here every year and can’t get enough. Love this spot!

Stayed in the Sundancer West with my family for Thanksgiving week. It is a beautiful home. Was very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Right on the beach! Easy and quick shopping access. Highly recommended!

It’s a cool place to stay on the beach away from the mass crowd. Great job from the owner.

Fantastic location & property in GulfShores. Close to the Highway & generous parking. Our party of 16 Ladies had an incredible time, we booked for a planning & logistics retreat& it worked! Abundant spaces & incredible amenities. Great lay out, up the stairs to level with king bedroom & “TAJ MAHAL” bathroom with jacuzzi tube. BIG kitchen & Den area with stairs down to pool; up a level to 3 bedrooms & sitting area with sofa bed; next level up had 2 LARGE bedrooms with 3 sets of bunk bed & 2 Queen beds. Nice towels too! Large coffee pot & thank you for the starter kit of cleansers & paper towels. We’ll be back!

The house and the area was perfect! We had an amazing time. Zero complaints! Had to call for maintenance once because the inside door handle on the sliding glass door was very loose when we arrived and then came off after using it the first day but they came the next day and fixed it. We talked all week about hopefully coming back next year. Our group will be bigger, potentially between 35-40ppl.  Looking at the last week in July.  If I remember correctly, you have a couple of homes that could work for that size.

This house was exactly what we were hoping for! We came to have Christmas with the family and were not disappointed! There were 14 of us, ages 6 to 70, and there was plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen is well-stocked, there is plenty of sleeping and bathroom space, and everything is clean and comfortable. It’s right on the beach and has amazing views and is close to everything we needed. The beach is clean and the sand is soft, making it easy to spend the whole day out there collecting shells and watching the dolphins play. The only down side was the washer/dryer combo. It’s pretty small for such a big place and doesn’t work the best. Overall we had a great vacation and would highly recommend it and will definitely stay again!

This is a great location… 2 minute walk to the beach, close to a little grocery, minutes to attractions. The house was clean and bright. Plenty of bedrooms for the 12 of us. Love that each bedroom has a bathroom! On the down side, we were disappointed that the thermostat will only let you cool the place to 72 degrees. It was locked so you can’t turn it down below that. We were not cool enough even at night with the ceiling fans going. The tv in the great room was too small and there was no way to see the whole picture. The settings on the tv cut off the right and left edges of the picture. Just a suggestion-the bunk room needs a ceiling fan. It was extra hot in there with no fan. Generally, it was a great stay, just had a couple things we’d change.

The house was great! The location and setup were perfect for us…. I was skeptical of the pool under the house but it was SO nice not having to worry about rain or the need to re-apply sunscreen to the littles who hate sunscreen!

Property is great. It’s nice to have the resort amenities and be in a house. My only complaint is it’s a bit noisy with neighbors on the other side of the double. We heard a lot of footsteps from the other side. Also, the check in process is concerning because Vacasa doesn’t really know who’s who and what’s going on. However, Rick was very responsive and got back to me quickly with answers and resolved my issue. The beach and scenery is beautiful. I love the location!! I would definitely reach out to Bama Beach Houses again but will not book a double next time.

We had a great time. Seafront was close to the beach and a beautiful view. We had to leave a day early because of stormy weather. The beach was crowded on sunny days but other than that a perfect stay.

Great set up for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. The location was very convenient to stores, restaurants, and activities. Unfortunately, for our Fall Break trip, some places were closed or had limited hours for the season, including the mentioned ice cream place right across the street. The house is just steps from the beach. The kitchen is well stocked. Owner and management company were quick to respond to questions. This is a nice property that, with just a little TLC, could be a great property. Needs a deep cleaning, and updating of bed linens and some of the furniture. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

There were a few kinks that need to be worked out with the cleaning service and the local property management company, but overall the house is very nice, well-equipped with lots of space and plenty of beds! There were plenty of bath towels and even a big variety of bed pillows to choose from! The owners of the property were available and went above and beyond to clear up or help with any problems we had. The property is part of The Plantation complex and it was really nice to be able to let the grandkids swim in the pool(s) and to have access to the their amenities. The pictures of Gulf and Golf are a little deceiving. We were looking for a house that we could walk out of the back door and walk straight onto the beach. There are dunes right out back that you are not allowed to walk on, so you have to walk to and through the pool area and walk down the boardwalk and then walk to the right and down to be able to be away from The Plantation’s beach chairs. Not a big deal, but we usually stay in houses where we can just walk out the door and onto the beach, so it was a longer walk than we are used to, especially with small kids. Overall I would highly recommend Gulf and Golf as a great place to stay!

My friends and I had a great experience and hope to stay here again. All of the rooms were spacious and roomy. The deck was awesome and the short distance to the beach was great.

The Emerald house was perfect living space for my whole family!! The first floor gathering space, kitchen & dining table space was large enough to have the whole family together with room to spare!! The view is to die for!! The beach is immaculately kept!! It was an easy walk to the beach!! The owners Rick & Susan we’re the BEST to work with for reservations & questions!! You will be pleased to work with them for your stay at the Emerald!! We would not ever hesitate to come back again!! The management company/office were quick to respond for questions & needs!!

My family and I had a great time and enjoyed the house and where it was located. We liked having our own little piece of beach and peace and quiet. I would certainly rent this home again.

We loved the house with eight bedrooms and eight full baths! So close to the ocean. The porches were amazing. The pool would be nice in warmer weather. The parking was perfect too. I had a great stay with amazing friends!

My family and I had the best time! We could not have asked for anything better! It was a beautiful home that was absolutely perfect for my in-laws and I.  My children and their cousins made memories to last a lifetime and are asking when we can go back!

Our stay was very good!  We normally take a golf trip that time of year and found the house to be exactly what we wanted and needed.  Eight bedroom/baths for 8 guys couldn’t be better!

The stay was fantastic.  I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Elkins.  He was
so nice.  I will be contacting him for next year’s fall break get away!

Summer Tide was fantastic! Plenty of room for our family.  Pool was great. Was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores with it’s location.

Once again us church ladies had a great time in Egret!!!  Already planning April 2019

We truly enjoyed our stay in June.  Really enjoyed having a door between the 2 units so we could go back and forth between the 2 units. The bigger pool was also a plus and the area underneath the units provided some enjoyable times also!

We had a great time and the house was very nice and perfect for our group. We hope to visit Gulf Shores again in the future!
