Summer Tide is a sprawling gulf front home with 8 bedrooms and 5 baths, sleeping up to 26 people. It is located approximately 5.2 miles west of Hwy. 59 on West Beach Blvd., in Gulf Shores. A uniquely designed one level home, Summer Tide features a south and a north wing, each with a fully equipped kitchen and an open deck that wraps around the east side of the property. The layout for this home allows added privacy and is perfect for multiple families, or a family wanting some separation between adults and children.

The South wing of Summer Tide has four bedrooms, including 3 bedrooms with a king bed in each, one room with two double/single bunk beds, and a bunk room with two single bunks. There are three full baths in this wing: two private and one Hollywood bathroom (shared by the rooms with the queen bed and two twins). The master suite in this South wing is gulf front with picture windows and a whirlpool tub–soak away your worries and enjoy the view.

The North wing of Summer Tide also features picture windows on the East side of the property offering views from the living area and kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with a king bed, and two full baths (one private and one shared).

Both living areas offer good great gulf views and each includes a queen sleeper sofa for a bit of extra sack space. A ground floor entry features a foyer and sleeping area with two bunk beds that would be great for four children. The covered parking for Summer Tide is ample.

Sea Monster East & West

Big is beautiful! Sea Monster is a “monster” as in BIG, but she’s certainly not ugly!

This lovely monstrosity is located directly on the gulf. It is perfect for those larger get togethers: plenty of space to be together but plenty of your own space too!

Sea Monster is a duplex with 8 bedrooms and 7.5 baths on each side! It sleeps up to 22, or 44 if you take both sides. Each side sleeps: K, K, K, K, K,Q,Q&TB,Q&TB&TB,QSS.

On the main floor of each side of the Sea Monster there is a large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with adjacent half bath. That floor also has a master suite with private bath, including a jetted tub and separate shower. The second level has a bonus room with television and a sleeper sofa and access to a full bath. To the north of the bonus room is a bedroom with a shared bath. Another guest bedroom is located on the south side of the bonus room area with private full bath. There is also a master suite facing the gulf on the second level with a private master bath including a jetted tub and separate shower. This master bedroom also has a deck. Floor three has four guest bedrooms and three baths; one of which is a Hollywood bath shared by two of the bedrooms.

Erica…. Erica is my daughter! Used to be small…. not so much anymore! Sandpiper. Well, the bird. Erica’s Sandpiper? Your new favorite beach home in Gulf Shores!

This spacious upscale home gives you your own private covered pool added to an already fabulous home. Erica’s Sandpiper is a very cool option. It, along with my Summertide home, are likely the only 8 bedroom homes with all 8 bedrooms on the same floor! Can’t quite afford my homes with elevators but have some mobility concerns? Single floor!

Erica’s Sandpiper has all eight bedrooms, yes EIGHT, situated on one floor! Looking for the perfect home for your family gathering or reunion, look no further. This beautiful home sleeps 24 people (Q&Q, Triple Bunk w/ Trundle, Queen & Queen, K, K, K, K, K, 2 SS).

Erica’s Sandpiper is located directly on the Gulf Coast. The only thing between you and the Gulf is beach and, of course, your own private covered swimming pool and spacious Gulf front deck.

Other amenities include TWO refrigerators, televisions, dvd players, cable, internet, 2 large living areas, and covered parking. The master bath has a whirlpool tub. Multiple bedrooms have balcony access.

Erica’s Sandpiper is a truly luxurious EIGHT bedroom home with all the deluxe amenities you’ve come to expect from our vacation homes and many surprises! She books quickly even a year out.

Erica’s Sandpiper, by the way, is RIGHT NEXT DOOR to my Egret home (6 bedroom, also single story), so if you need more room to spread out, rent both (if either is even available… these go fast!).

Beach Castle East & West is a large 2x8BR duplex home available as 2 8 BRs or 1 16BR with connecting door in the living room!

New Photography Summer 2021. The photos inside are from our Post Hurricane Sally redo! The virtual tour remains the same as before the hurricane and hopefully we will have a gap in the fall to pick a new one up. Both are accurate as to layout etc but furnishings and details? Each side of the Beach Castle includes 8 bedrooms, including 3 Gulf front Master Bedrooms, one with separate shower and jetted tub, and 6, count ‘em, 6 bathrooms. Each side of this wonderful home sleeps up to 24 people (K,K,K,K,K,Q,B&B,T&T Loft w/SS). There’s also a sitting room, living room, dining room, and well-furnished kitchen.

Other amenities include many televisions, dvd players, cable, internet, local and domestic long distance telephone service, stereo with CD player, central air, ceiling fans throughout, TWO refrigerators with ice makers, washer dryer, garbage disposal, 2 dishwashers, and covered and open decks. The Beach Castle also features outdoor showers, a picnic table, a huge sundeck, and even a full sized pool!

Located on Fort Morgan, Beach Castle is close to many restaurants, golf courses, and other things to do, feels away from it all (but is only a short drive to all the hubbub on Gulf Shores itself), and is often a more cost-efficient choice for those who seek something a little more laid back. Plus, as an added bonus, our Fort Morgan vacation homes are not currently subject to the same restrictions on setting up umbrellas and other amenities overnight as those in Gulf Shores itself.
