Added heated pool in February 2020. Kept at 82 degrees to ward off the chill Rare in any home this size! It is 21x11x5 and sheltered under the southern side of the home.

Last time one of us was on West Beach, we ran across this home at 2175 West Beach Blvd. It was on the market, and oh so cute! Previously owner-occupied, this lovely 5 bedroom has never been rented before! We take possession of the home July 2nd and you can rent it for a song for this first summer since my family is just bringing it online for midsummer 2019 guests!
We’ve christened her the Blue Heron for the first year, because she reminds us a bit of that majestic seaside bird, plus check out that blue, and the reflection of the sky too!

And if Blue Heron is not quite the right size, we own several more homes, bigger, smaller. What do you need? Also also! Blue Heron is only a couple doors east of Dancing Dolphin (and that many west of Egret and Erica’s Sandpiper) so you can be close but not too close to other people if that’s the way you roll!
